Hi everyone, I recently moved to a new property and started a new contract with BT. I ve got a smart hub 2 and my line was activated on the 26th June. Now I have left my hub plugged in for more than 48 hours and the light is still flashing purple. I have a single master socket which is attached to the hub by a microfilter that goes to the broadband port. Any suggestion?
Does your phone work?
are you able to connect to the test socket with the filter and see if that works
