FTTP is not available.
you currently have a connection speed of 19.36mb which is very good for your line with estimated speed of only 13.5mb there is no fibre connections available to you currently
Also to add to @imjolly's response when you say 2MB/s I'm assuming you are referring to data transfer rate which is usually shown as Megabytes per second not Mbps (Megabits per second) which is used by speed tests.
2MB/s is equal to 16Mbps
To add , as well as 2MB , being approximately 16Mb ( the capital B does make a difference ) if the stats posted are for your phone number , it shows an ADSL Max observed speed of 19Mb on 7-4-23 which for exchange based ADSL is excellent, you must live really close to the exchange , there is a reasonable chance that the reason why FTTC isn’t available to your address , is because your address is ‘E/O’ , the cable is direct from the exchange not via a cabinet, and ( obviously ) fibre to the cabinet FTTC needs a cabinet .
