Can anyone tell me what mobile frequency the Hybrid device uses and what mobile signal strength is needed as a minimum for connection strength. apparently, it doesn't use the 800mhz as standard EE devices do.
my understanding is that both the copper and mobile signal must be comparable for it to work

Re: Hybrid Connect
Thanks,
Had a read doesn't state anywhere that you have to have minimum connection speed or what 4g rang it uses.

It gives the 4G bands at the bottom of the table.
LTE Bands 1/3/7/20/38
800Mhz is band 20

Re: Hybrid Connect
Have a look at this thread https://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Devices/Hybrid-Connect-attaching-additional-antennas/td-p/2141062
In particular message 9 shows receiver sensitivity figures.
