Hi there,
I cancelled my broadband contract last month and was informed over the phone that a returns bag would be sent to me so that I could return my router and not be charged. I confirmed my new address with the customer adviser.
No bag was received and I have since requested a bag be sent on two more occasions via the link on the website. Despite having the correct address listed, I am still yet to receive a returns bag weeks later.
I called customer support again and was told the only option was to wait for another returns bag to be sent, but this clearly isn't working and I'm currently liable to be charged for something completely outside of my control in a few weeks.
Please help me resolve this.

...as I said in my message I've done that twice and nothing has come through.
