Hi, the contract is end on Thursday, where can I order return bag for BT hub?

normally return bag is sent when contract ends but you can phone CS 03301234150 and request one

If you're closing the account a returns bag would be automatically be sent out but the CS guys will be able to confirm that for you. @imjolly has posted the number.
