Whole Home Discs ERR-000

I have 4 whole home white discs working fine for 7 months.
Suddenly today they keep crashing. 2 are wired by ethernet.
My Sky internet is fine as my sky boxes are hardwired and they are working fine.

Weirdly internet to the children’s iPads seem fine but we can get connection on our phones.

I have switched all discs on and off. Restarted router.
works for 30 mins or so and then back to square 1.
now I have nothing on my phone and error code on the app is ERR-000.

any ideas please ??

@Grovese4

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.

You would be best asking the product helpdesk, as they will be able to answer this for you. Call them on 0808 100 6116 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm) or drop them an email to: btconnectedhome@bt.com

Here is a help page https://community.bt.com/t5/BT-Devices/Problem-with-Whole-Home-Wi-Fi-Please-read-this-first/td-p/202...

If you are a BT Broadband customer, then a factory reset of the BT Home Hub may help.

There are a number of threads on this devices board, which you may find useful.

Re: Whole Home Discs ERR-000

Hi @Grovese4 and welcome to our community.

Thanks for posting about the WiFi discs, sorry you're having problems. @Keith_Beddoe is correct. Your best bet to get help would be to contact the help desk on the number he posted. Please post back and let us know if you get this sorted.

Cheers

David
