Hi everyone
i have just purchased a two disc whole home system. I have followed the instructions to the letter, but the app says it is unable to detect the first disc, despite being connected to it and telling me so 5 seconds before. I have logged into the disc via the web page and on my phone and iPad but they do not show up on the network display. If I log in via my laptop, that shows up. I have tried both discs and checked that the firmware is up to date. What am I doing wrong?
Use the Whole Home app.
Unfortunately I’ve been through this and nothing fixes the issue

Thanks. I’ll do that. I have found that even though it states it’s running the latest firmware, it is running v1.02.01 build22
And despite being new, the system log shows this was installed in 2016 and the disc cannot connect to BT auto upgrade server
