Hi
I upgraded to Full Fibre 900 and was getting a good solid 900Mbps down and 100Mbps up. I then went for the Complete WiFi as my Google WiFi didn't seem able to give the throughput. The black discs do seem to be a bit faster than the Google pucks.
I now find my upload speed has dropped to 50Mbps.
I have raised this with BT to be told that it's within the max guaranteed of 10Mbps and I should wait for it to "settle down". However, it seems clear that once WiFi was added to the package the upload has been capped.
How do I get this sorted?
Adam

Are you using the BT smart hub? Were you when you were using the Google products? Some BT smart hubs need a parameter change which occurs after 3/5 days of being connected.
there are many posts about up speed 'capped' at 50mb and you should leave it for 3/4 days as it normally corrects itself without intervention. if no improvement after 3/4 days post back
Are you using the BT smart hub? - Yes
Were you when you were using the Google products? - Yes
Some BT smart hubs need a parameter change which occurs after 3/5 days of being connected. - oddly, when I first went to 900Mbps there was no delay. Straight to 100Mbps up. When I added WiFi to the package it dropped to 50Mbps.
Okay. Well keep the SH cooking for a few days.
It's been in for several months. Only recently upgraded to 900
