Then ask on the Talk Talk forum, and you may be able to get help from one of their forum members or  moderators.

You could also try contacting Talk Talk, and ask them what is happening to your order. You are their customer and are paying them for a connection. 

Openreach are a separate company to BT Retail, and supply the network to many providers.
