Hi @Dani82 Many thanks for speaking with me today, I'm really glad I was able to help get the fault with your broadband resolved and once again I'm sorry about the missed visits and time this took to sort.

For the wider community, this was fixed by the Openreach DCoE team who stripped and rebuilt the FTTP service remotely which resolved a configuration issue.
