Outage Question

Hello,

Im trying to find out some historical information on a broadband outage that impacted London in May 2022 - specifically I am trying to find out the duration of the outage.  Could someone help please?

Assuming you are a BT Retail Broadband customer, you may be able to find the information by looking at your fault history, if that is possible. 

If the outage was caused by a fault on the Openreach network, then they may be able to help.

Did you register a fault or contact us during the outage? If so then there would be a record of that contact/fault on your account.
