Slow speeds

I was previously getting 60MB on a 67MB contract from NowTV.

I thought I would upgrade to 500MB fibre from BT. After having it installed yesterday. I'm only receiving 22MB connected by ethernet (all cat 8 cables used) and even less over WiFi.

 

The BT app says I'm getting my full speeds. But I'm clearly not. Any help before I tackle customer services would be Great.

are you sure you are comparing like with like  MB megabytes and Mb megabits

if that is download speed with NOW than as 8 bits in byte you would need a faster speed than you currently have with BT
