The reason the try a filter in test socket is to eliminate a problem with the faceplate and you can also check faceplate is fitting securely as they can get dislodged

Yeah, connected onto the test port, and I still get the same . Speed after test port.png

you down speed keeps coming back at exactly the same speed suggesting stuck in a banded profile while you up speed appears stuck at fibre 1 max.  looks like you need openreach visit
