Could BT give an indication how widespread this issue is?
Currently unable to access mobile data in Liverpool.
it is a yellow banner on the status page, not intuitive to find, but eventually you get there

I would have expected a text message from BT to let people know there were issues. EE themselves are really good at letting you know when there are service outages in your area, so would be good to see BT doing the same.
It is not a location issue, it is an account issue.
Would be nice to understand why exactly, a little transparency would be good
I am in Rome (roaming) and it is not working here either for me. It was definitely working at around 0100 GMT, but not by around 0430 GMT. (Wed 21 February 2024)
4G/5G is showing but no internet connection.
So strange. I’m in Northern Ireland. One phone on my plan working perfectly and other phone not. Both of us in the same room !!!
