Unable to change settings

I am trying to change a setting on my BT mobile. However all the options are greyed out.

There is an alert at the top of the page

"We're just updating your account

If you want to make any changes, please wait 30 minutes and try again."

However this has been present for months. Not sure what to do ?

Mobile (bt.com)

Click on Settings, there should be a slider immediately below the table of your details

Re: Unable to change settings

Thanks for posting @apb123 .

Sorry you're having problems. Have you got this sorted?

@Les-Gibson can you expand on your last post?

Cheers

David

Re: Unable to change settings

I am having the same issues as mentioned above.

Recently got given a 4G hub from BT due to a complaint recovery, and cannot seem to change any settings because we get the message saying "We're just updating your account". This message never seems to dissapear.

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Unable to change settings

Sorry @DavidM

Typo. It was too late to change when I realised my mistake, the word 'don't' is missing from that sentance
