I feel I must leave some positive feedback for a young man I had the pleasure of speaking to yesterday. I needed to speak to someone to help me sort out both a broadband and BT TV problem. I had the good fortune to speak to a young man named Phil. Not only did he sort out my problems in very quick time, but did it in such a friendly and efficient way that I came away feeling absolutely satisfied and impressed with BT’s call centre. I’m a pensioner in my eighties and to be treated with such friendliness and respect is such a refreshing change. I would give Phil 10 out of 10 .
