I received the email telling me that the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 12 months is ready to be activated but I don't see any Content Partner section on the site.
I have a second account on My BT from a few months ago when I cancelled an order before installation. That might be the cause.
Could you message me to help get that account removed and sort this out?
