So I have tried for multiple days to add an account to my profile and it still hasn’t worked. I have been told that I am successful in adding my account and that it may take up to 5 minutes to do so. However, it is still not there. My bank recently changed my card (NatWest) and I need to change my billing information otherwise I cannot pay my bill. In order for me to do this I need to add an account but I cannot seem to. Please help.

I am sorry that the account won't add correctly. We will need to raise a case to our developers to get them to look into this for you. I've sent you a private message with some info that I need.

Hi Daniel. I am having the same problem as Louise. I have tried to add my BT ID 3 times this week & it has not worked. I am a new customer & my service is going to be installed 26 September. I don't know if that is relevant or not.
