Hi. I changed my broadband supplier and requested a returns bag. After receiving the bag with return instructions, I returned all of the items of equipment as requested. I even taped up the white bag as I didn’t trust the seal.
I paid any outstanding bills on my account also.
The following month I received a bill with equipment charges on and a monthly package plan charge. Obviously I had already returned the equipment and destroyed my mobile sim as I had a new phone contract.
I emailed customer service and explained my problem, with photos of the packaged equipment and a copy of the postal receipt.
Since then, I have been receiving a bill monthly for equipment charges.
Has anyone else this issue and could help with a solution please?
Thanks Adam

Hi @Roymr2320 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, charges for non-returned equipment are normally refunded automatically when you send it back. I'll send you a private message in a moment so you can get in touch with the moderation team and we'll be happy to look into that for you.
Thanks
Neil
