hi just wondering if anyone has any help on how to claim bt essentials as when they check my NI number it says invalid, we get ESA but because the account is in my name they say it has to be in the wifes name even tho DWP named me on a letter to confirm we get ESA, i cant quit because im contract and cant add the wife , its crazy , any help ?
