I have received my email to claim the BT Reward Card, but when I click on it the page is blank, any help would be appreciated. I have cleared cache etc.

What date was your broadband activated?
It’s not activated until end of march, but someone said I could still claim the reward card as soon as I got the email saying it was ready to claim, which I did on Monday.
Based on what the moderators have said in the past, its possible you have an old BT account still showing, which can cause problems. Have you been a BT Retail customer before?
Reward cards are send out 14 days after your service has been activated.

The email says I have 3 months to claim the card but I can’t claim as the page is blank when I click the link
A moderator should be able to help remove the old account and sort out your claim.

You are right. Once you receive your order confirmation you can claim your BT reward card by logging into your MyBT. It won't be sent out to you until at least 14 days after your order has completed.
If you can't switch between your old account number and new account number within MyBT, I will need to remove the old account for you. I've sent you a private message with some details that I'll need.
