I've not received my reward card yet, I qualifed by upgrading my Fibre before Christmas. I really could do with it ASAP, January is always a tight month. Are you able to tell me when I will receive the virtual card please? I made contact with purecard.com but are asking for a
VOL number, they said the wasn't an order yet.
