has the cooling off period expired after date of installation? have you paid first bill?

There has been a well documented issue with the virtual reward card
Hopefully BT have stopped blaming purecard ( the supplier) and seem on top of it
It normally takes 30 days after activation.

If you have claimed your card via BT and your virtual card email hasn't arrived within the period stated under ‘How do I claim my BT Virtual Reward Card’, please contact the BT Reward Card Service team on 0344 879 1068, or you can email the team directly.

Yesterday never give time scale just said I had wait think it's joke when claimed in October
