Same here. Claimed on 8th October, still waiting. Contacted BT who opened a complaint then closed it as they said the issue is with purecard. Purecard were no help. Very poor service.

I am yet to receive my BT reward.
I claimed the Reward as directed on the 25th of October and its been over 30days and does not look like BT will be true to their words @Leanne_T
You're confusing dishonesty with incompetence.
You will eventually get your virtual card you just need to keep pestering them
