Think we need too i threatened them last time when I was offered a free Xbox with my contact and kept getting emails saying I wasn't eligible I proper raged on here about it too and I got contacted by someone from bt think a director or someone and he looked into it took about a week to listen to phonecalls etc then got back to me as promised and he organised it for me but it didn't arrive in the scale he said though I had forgot about it cos it took that long then I got it the week we went into lock down lol I lost my job on the Friday due to cover following Monday morning 730am knock on door and xbox left outside least I had something to do lol

 

We need this sorting im calling bt and purecard today will update there excuse later

@Phil_pryor  would that work with the legal action as I’ve been wating since 28th of October and now there saying I’ve got to wait another 30-40 days

Should do we get promised things and it dont happen in my eyes its a legal matter they promised me it within 14 days after activation then I got a email on its way then told 30 days after that then raised with purecard said 7 days which is today bt was telling me after 30days had gone they said I wouldn't receive it until my next bill in December etc its all aload of crapcexcuse after excuse

My experience in October was deadly silence after the 30 day mark

Rang BT who said you have to ring purecard as it's them that deal with it

Purecard said that they get literally hundreds of these calls but they couldn't help as BT haven't sent the order over.

Back on BT who apologised and promised if it wasn't there by the 60 day mark they would credit my account with the £150

The virtual card was emailed to me at 5pm that evening 

If you are entitled to a reward card you will definitely get it but you have to keep on at them

Quick update phoned bt saying I’ve got to wait till 2nd of January so more lies being told as usual all they offered was £15 credit

Im currently on the phone to them now will update when I finish purecard have said they have sent a form off to confirm my details so I can get it to bt but not received anything yet purecard told me when they get the details it takes them 24hrs to send the virtual card via email so its definitely not them at fault

They won't do anything said I need to do the online chat with them cos they can't deal with it online its only the online chat that can sort it which is utter **bleep** but ive tried looking for the online chat to do it but can't find anything or anywhere that I can load it up it just asks questions and gives you there **bleep** info lol

I just wanted to add 

self/install , remote activation 

claimed my reward card 16/09/2025

after a lot back and forth with Bt and Purecard,

I received my reward card Around 07/11/2025

don't lose hope or give up,

keep pestering both BT and Purecard they have promised a reward card , So they should stick the promise , Good luck guys ❤️
