You can claim the reward card as soon as you receive the order confirmation email it has a link on it, It doesn’t mention anything on the claim page saying you have to wait 14 days

But there's a big enough banner on that page that states:

Once your Broadband has been installed and working in your property for 30 days your reward card will be sent to you.

I thought that was pretty clear to be honest. However, if anyone believes I've misread that or I just don't understand it, then I can only apologise.

Yes but it also says that I supposed to click on a link to claim it and then they will send to me with in 30 days .

Well clearly, obviously, if the link doesn't work, then the Moderator will help you with that.

Obviously, you may have to wait the full 30 days before you get your Reward card.

Unfortunately, reading through the reams of threads relating to people not getting their reward card within the specified 30 day timeframe, you could be waiting much longer.

No need to apologise, Going back to the original poster @Robert18  he mentions he is unable to claim it,  @gg30340  mentioned you have to wait 14 days to claim it that is not correct, The 30 days banner you are talking about, Is the average wait time to receive the actual card.

There's clearly an underlying issue with the Reward card claims procedure that may only affect a minority of customers. Unfortunately, as evidenced by numerous threads started on this forum on an almost daily basis relating to the same issue, it continues to be a problem, but, a Moderator has previously stated that the problems are being dealt with, so there it is. Unfortunately it doesn't stop the continual almost daily flow of people coming to the forum and moaning about it.

Unless BT has changed the process to claim the reward card  you do that through your MyBT. 

The link would not be available in your MyBT  until your 14 day cooling off period had expired.

The reason for that is if it could be claimed prior to that you could sign up claim the card, then cancel your order during the cooling off period and keep the card.
