Hi there we recently moved to BT.. I have claimed the reward card on the 14th of December and still didn't hear back.. wonder if anyone knows when will I receive it ?
It can take up to 30 days from claiming the reward card to receiving it.

We've double checked this one, and it's not a 14 day cooling off period before you can claim.
You should be able to do this right away, and then the 30 day wait for the card being supplied is to allow for any early cancellations etc to be taken into account.
You should receive a claim email not long after placing your order, did this come through and this is the link that won't work, or have you received nothing full stop?

I Signed up in November
Installed and claimed the reward card successfully back in November, It’s passed the wait time of 30 days and, BT say I will receive the reward in 30 days by email, The only emails I’m receiving from Bt is to Upgrade my package, No way will i upgrading, If I don’t receive the reward card I will be cancelling
If you signed up to a package and it’s been in place/installed since November, you’re well out of your cooling off period. If you tried to cancel now over the Reward Card, I can only surmise you’d be hit with extortionate cancellation fees.
Yes I had a claim email and when I went on to the web page I clicked on my account number and then the link to claim but it went to another page but it just didn’t load it was just blank

Have you had a chance to try this from a different device and browser, just so we can rule out this being an issue with some settings at your end?
