I have been charged 5 times today, sort it out ffs.
This is happening to me as well.
It is a shambles that this is happening to so many people and there is not action being taken to prevent further payments being taken out.
People are struggling as it is without taking their money away for a few days.
Why have I been charged 5 times for the monthly pass I’m now £80 overdrawn an can’t get hold of anyone

Yes this also affects me too.
I have just seen my (mob bank) app & it is showing that 5x £25 payments is "pending".
Im hoping this can get resolved ASAP please as i cannot afford this.

I have been charged multiple times today on my bank and have no been able to get hold of anyone to explain what is happening.
Is anyone able to explain why this is happening? Possibly a hack?
