Like many of the posts in this thread, I recently restarted my BT sport subscription. I have been charged five times this morning and I have attempted to resolve this through the messaging service without success.

I’ve been charged 5 times today and have had no contact from BT. Can somebody from BT please contact me ASAP and refund the excess payments. This is simply unacceptable
