Hi I can’t read or see my BT bill on my I phone and my computer. Update my phone and clean my computer. All I see is 3 dots jumping up and down. Can anyone help please

If not were you able to view your bills last month?

Have you updated your login name to your email address? Changing your BT ID username and security details | BT Help
As once this is completed you should be able to view your account ok.
