I keep getting emails saying I need to return my BT hub or I will be charged.
I have an email from royamail confirming it has been delivered 26/11/2023.
I obviously do not want to be charged for something I have done at the request of BT.
I don't know if there is something dodgy going on here to get money out of people or they have a back log or returns.

it can take BT 3/4 weeks after receipt to update your records

i had the same issue.....a right pain, phone them, and quote your tracking reference number....they will check it there and then and update the system to show you have returned.
