Good evening all, I've recently upgraded my BT package from entertainment to big sport. While doing this I decided to order a new BT pro box and agreed to pay the £30 set up fee on my next bill. My issue is that the order is showing as being complete however only a new smart hub has been delivered. Has this happened to anyone else? If so how did you rectify this? Thanks in advance
