I purchased fibre 100 today and received the email link to activate BTID. However, everytime I try to complete setup it takes me back to the start page stating my BTID needs to be activated via the email link. So I tried create a new BTID but it states my username (email) is already an active account. I've no idea how to override this so I can actually complete setup.
