Help me please, I am getting so frustrated at the lack of response from bt regarding my complaint, I have emailed the ceo, still nothing. What do I need to do to get listened too??

Can you explain the issue with your BT ID and we may be able to offer advice? Has the CEO assigned you a case handler yet?
