I am having difficulty returning my BT box.
My contract was up at the end of October and was asked to return the device.
I have since tried to log in and get return bags sent, with no luck. I am also just off an hour long call with BT and pretty much can't get any help on their end, due to my account being closed.
I don't want charged for the device. Any help, please?

You just need to phone CS 03301234150 and request a returns bag
