If you can't wait until then I would recommend calling our Customer Services on 0330 1234 150 so that they can speak with you today and get in touch with our Microsoft (Xbox) team sooner. They should be able to help you.

Called that number. After 45mins on the phone, took my Microsoft email and gamertag i get it has to be raised with the offline team and 5 working days as they can't see anything wrong.

They wiil have referred it to our Microsoft team. 5 working days is the longest they take but generally they get back to you within 2-3 working days.
If anyone can help it will be our Microsoft (Xbox) team.

I have the same issue (I think) and created a post this morning but not sure the correct method to get this sorted.
It's coming to the end of the day and I'd like this sorted before the weekend if possible
