Need some help with return BT router kit back.
When i go to my account i can see cancellation request and a link to return equipment but it doesnt work gives me a fatal error and something about client address not authorized.
I think its a conflicting account numbers because a can see an very old account on there..

Hi @Welshboyo, thanks for getting in touch. The error was caused by the account closure not completing fully. I've got that completed now and returns packaging will be with you within the next 10 days.
