Hi I was without a landline from 26 oct until 18th nov 2022
it was across the majority of ascot area during this time so when I went to report it was told that it was already known so no need to keep reporting it and to keep a track on the my BT app
some people are starting to receive compensation but I am not sure if it will be applied automatically to my next bill statement or not
can someone confirm please
Are you a BT Retail broadband and phone customer or is your service provided by another ISP?
