Complaint

Hi - looking for some help/advice - my father died suddenly in March this year. We have been trying since then to sort out his BT account. The line has now been cut off but the bills still keep coming. Every month a late fee is added because the D/D has not been paid - it won't as his lawyer froze his bank account as would be expected - we know there is an amount that will be due to be paid but I refuse to pay all these charges as we have been in touch with BT constantly - we have lists of everyone we have spoken to who have all promised to sort, then another bill comes in and we are now at £621.38!! Really need help on this as it is causing so much stress on top of everything else we are trying to sort.

Have now logged in and doing this thro my own BT account, a moderator has picked it up so hopefully this time we will get a resolution. Everyone we have spoken to has been nice and promised to sort but it just hasn't happened........
