Does anybody know if it’s possible to downgrade from complete wifi mid contract?
I added complete wifi to my package after a month because I presumed that my poor service was down to house config. Turned out it was a fault on the line. Well more than one fault, one year on and hopefully that’s it fixed now. Anyway I don’t need complete the complete wifi add on, never did need it.
has anyone successfully downgraded back down to fibre one mid contract, I’ve still 11 months left of my contract and could be done with out paying for something I don’t use or need.
