Hi I’ve recently moved house and left bt. I cancelled my DD. I’ve had an email and checked the account and I’m owed money, how do I get this back ?

Hi @Dee7 thanks for your post, as the direct debit has been cancelled a cheque will be posted to you. Did you give us your new address when you cancelled?
