Default on credit file
I have recently applied for a mortgage and much to
my dismay their is a default on my credit history from 2020 for 21.00 pounds
Bt had changed my account and admitted their mistake back then but it’s still on my credit report
how do I contact someone
the phone lines are useless
any help would be appreciated as it’s now affect the purchase of this house and I could lose this

Sorry you're having problems with your credit history. The first you ned to do is raise a dispute with either Equifax or Experian, depending on who the debt is with.
