Game pass

I've had a trial game pass with my new bt broadband and just received an email saying it will now be charged from next bill

 I have spend week trying figure out how to remove this and websites a joke!

It's not listed on my products or I gaming sections. Just advertising to get game pass.

Anyone able help? Getting already fed up with BT
