I recently switched to BT and set up my free 6 month game pass offer which applied fine with no issues. However, it said to not be charged at the end of the 6 months, to turn off auto renew, so I did, but it then showed my subscription will end on 11th June, and not 11th November which would be the 6 month offer.
I switched auto renew back on and now it says I will be charged on 11th June. Seemingly I have lost 5 of the free months I was supposed to get?
Can anyone help me get back the 5 months at all?

Just in case anyone else has the same issue:
I turned auto renew back on and overnight the app has updated to show the renewal date in November, reapplying the 6 month offer automatically.
