when was/is you activation date for your broadband. you need to wait until the 14 day cooling off period has expired and probably few days more then should go to MYBT using pc/laptop not app and should be able to see content partners

Hi, @Lanceelliot20 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, what error are you getting? If it's the down for maintenance error you need to ring the number on the error message to claim the game pass.
