My partner got home essentials last month but only at adsl 9mb download speed as fibre wasn't available at the time as checked via open reach line check.
I've checked again and fibre is now available however when she called today to see if it could be upped to the advertised 37mb fibre she was told that she could not get fibre unless she took out a new non essential package.
So does she have to now cancel home essentials and then reapply for it so that she can get the advertised speed.

Hi @Kineto,
Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. Your partner should be able to upgrade to fibre now that it's available. If you send me your details, I'll be able to take a look at this for you.
I have sent you a private message with instructions on how to contact the team. You can access your messages via the envelope icon at the top right of the screen, or click on this link, Private messages
Thanks,
Paddy
