How to remove an unwanted EE account from my BT ID and get my former BT ID page back and working

I am no longer able to see the page with my bills and plans anymore

Are you a BT customer or have you migrated to EE?  IF the latter you need to post on EE forum https://community.ee.co.uk/

Hi @Ansmarie1 you can't have an EE account number on a BT ID.

If you have your services with EE you'll have an new EE ID for the EE website/app.
