Hi, I just got my fibre 2 package installed and the engineer informed me that i'm currently locked onto the Fibre 1 speeds. Here are my router stats,

@DavidM Currently on the phone and it seems they don't understand about me being on the wrong package speeds and keep mentioning that it shows fibre 2 package on my account. If it's possible appreciate your help so much!
