Not sure if this is the right place - but I have three accounts on MyBT (two of which are old and were closed years ago.) I cannot seem to find a way to remove these, and it makes it impossible to view my package and claim any benefits (I.E. 6 months XBOX Games Pass) as there is no drop down like there is under billing.
Any advice is appreciated - doesnt appear the customer service team over the phone could help.

This message may be relating to my issues with my FTTP connection - hoping this is resolved tomorrow and I wont need a fifth engineer...
is it possible to add the BT ID issues to this request with yourself or should I send a further DM to ask fo this to be raised too?
