Multiple BT accounts

Hi

I have 2 accounts linked to my email, 1 is an old account & the other is for broadband etc. I had spoken to someone a few days ago through about having this changed & was told that it had been resolved. The ild accout is showing when I log in & as a result I am unable to view my bills etc when I log on.

Can someone please advise how I can have the old account details removed?

 

When i do log on to myBT i get an error message that says ‘sorry we can’t get your account details at the moment’ it also says that it cant find any accounts for my BT id

Welcome to the BT Community and thank you for your post!

I am sorry for the problems viewing your account online.  I understand the message you're getting when you log in.  My colleagues in the helpdesk should be able to help get this resolved.  Give them a shout today on 0800 800 150  and post back to let me know how you get on.

If you run into any bother we can pick up from here if needs be.
